Funding available from the Graduate Leadership Fund

Do you have a graduate in your team?

Have you accessed the Graduate Leadership funds available to support the development of your team?

Over the last six months we have delivered training to a number of daycare providers to deliver bespoke training courses in house for staff teams enabled by this funding stream.  

The sessions have included:

• Self Evaluation Form
• Equality and Diversity
• Managing Sickness Absence
• Using Performance Indicators
• Successful Appraisal Techniques
• Leadership Skills for Supervisors

All management courses booked will include a free HR consultation which will ensure that the course that you book will meet your individual needs.  Group sizes can be from 4 upwards, a specific group of people with similar responsibilities or every member of the team.
