The Multi-Agency Referral form has been updated and added to the Staffordshire Safeguarding Children Board website which can be downloaded as a Word or PDF document for your use. The summary at the beginning of the form details:
All urgent Child Protection referrals should initially
be made by telephone and then
confirmed in writing within 48 hours using this form.
