Do you display posters in your setting to support equality and diversity to families ?

Here are a couple of good posters that show a range of family situations that you may have experienced in your practice and by displaying these you are encouraging the acceptance of differences in family situations.

Have a look at the posters with your staff team before you display them so that you can address any concerns they may have.  Ideally this can help to prepare the staff to answer any questions that children and even parents may have about the posters so that you are showing consistency in your approach to differences.
