If so, you can apply to complete the CACHE Level 3 Award in Early Years and Childcare for Playworkers. This would enable you to gain some experience and knowledge of Early Years Practice to diversify your employment to be an Early Years Practitioner as well as a Playworker, with a qualification recognisedby Ofsted.
